Customer roster in. Working phone system out.
Start with the customer’s spreadsheet. Build subscribers, caller ID, e911, routing, greetings, and defaults—then verify the deployed result.
The operating layer for telecom teams
MaxAI turns provisioning, support, carrier work, call-flow analysis, and phone-system audio into one guided conversation—with a human approval layer around every consequential change.

Why teams sign up
These are not small AI conveniences. Each replaces a complete category of repetitive telecom work—and they all share the same credentials, approvals, and audit trail.
Start with the customer’s spreadsheet. Build subscribers, caller ID, e911, routing, greetings, and defaults—then verify the deployed result.
Capture NetSapiens configuration, reuse proven domains, trace every call path, identify broken targets, and produce customer-ready reports.
Select music, write and direct the voice, mix for telephony, preview the result, and publish hold messages or AA greetings.
The work behind the work
Your senior people know the phone system. They should not spend an afternoon translating that knowledge into fifty nearly identical form submissions. MaxAI gives them a faster operating surface without hiding the details that matter.
One workspace, five modes
Instead of another wall of feature cards, explore the five kinds of work MaxAI brings together. The same approval system, audit trail, credentials, and tenant context follow every mode.
Deploy a proven configuration, replace the roster from a CSV, generate caller IDs and e911, create the audio, and confirm the complete plan once.
“Deploy restaurant-standard for Verdant Bistro. Replace the template subscribers with this CSV, build caller IDs from the direct numbers, and generate the business-hours greeting.”
A complete customer with a reviewable audit trail—not a pile of half-finished portal tabs.
Human control is the architecture
Reads run. Writes wait for approval. Destructive actions require stronger confirmation and a snapshot. Every operation is tenant-scoped, attributed, and recorded.
Use your own numbers
Start with our conservative operating assumptions, then replace them with your workload. Everything recalculates here in your browser.
Adjust volume and time saved per task.
Labor value after the annual MaxAI cost. This excludes the additional revenue capacity created by the reclaimed time.
Default assumptions produce 616 reclaimed hours, $46,200 in labor value, and $42,130 after the annual Pro plan.
Illustrative estimate, not a guarantee. Defaults assume one 50-seat onboarding per week, ten routine tickets per business day, one bulk audit per month, and forty AA builds per year.
Simple plans
No per-seat pricing. Annual Starter and Pro plans save 15%. One-time token packs are available without changing plans.
For a solo operator starting with one NetSapiens environment.
For a growing operator replacing repeatable portal work.
For multi-tenant operators, resellers, and self-hosted teams.
Before you connect it
Need the detailed version? Talk to a human who operates the same systems MaxAI was built around.
If you can issue an API token from your NetSapiens portal, MaxAI can work with it. Core subscriber, device, auto-attendant, queue, audio, and recording capabilities are broadly supported; older deployments may expose fewer API surfaces.
Every tool is classified. Reads run immediately. Writes require operator confirmation. Destructive actions require a typed confirmation and a pre-change snapshot. Viewer-role users cannot execute writes, and high-stakes changes are read back from the vendor before MaxAI reports success.
Yes. Add one encrypted credential per instance. MaxAI routes each domain operation to the correct instance and can run inventory or audit work across all of them.
Yes. Connect a sandbox or lab tenant first. When the team is comfortable, add production as a separate credential. The audit and approval behavior is the same in both places.
The bundled library contains royalty-free music sourced from Envato. An operator can license those tracks through an active Envato account. MaxAI provides the audio for convenience but does not validate coverage; keeping the appropriate license current remains the customer’s responsibility.
A typical first session takes about fifteen minutes: create the account, add encrypted NetSapiens credentials, and begin with read-only requests. Templates, carrier tools, voices, and scheduled work can be added as the team expands its use.

Start with read-only work. Connect a sandbox. Let the team prove the value before MaxAI ever asks to change production.
